Terms of Service

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Publisher and purpose

The Insourcia service, available at insourcia.io, app.insourcia.io, api.insourcia.io and mcp.insourcia.io, is published by Victor Jumbou, sole proprietor registered under SIREN number 911 812 428, whose registered office is in Nice (06200), France.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business exemption).
Contact: contact@insourcia.io

These terms govern access to and use of the service and the purchase of credits, whatever the interface used: web application, API v1 or MCP server. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of the terms of use. Each purchase, subscription or activation of automatic top-up constitutes express acceptance of the terms of sale in force on that date.

2. What the service provides

Insourcia gives access to information about French companies: identity and registration, directors and appointments, filed annual accounts, group links, published legal events, a credit risk score, and tools to search and monitor this information.

This information comes from French public registers (INPI/RNE, INSEE, BODACC, DECP) and from sector sources, consolidated and matched by us. The credit risk score is a statistical estimate produced by a model from published accounts.

3. Definitions

Credit: prepaid unit of account used to pay for data accessed through the API and the MCP server, and for exports, email address reveals, monitoring and CRM synchronization carried out from the web application. A credit is not money. It cannot be refunded in cash, assigned, or transferred from one organization to another.

Organization: workspace to which one or more user accounts are attached. Every account belongs to at least one organization, created with it.

Owner: user who created the organization, or to whom this role has been transferred. The owner has all the rights of an administrator.

Administrator: user to whom the owner has granted this role. The owner and the administrators alone may purchase credits, subscribe to, change or cancel a subscription, and activate or change automatic top-up. The user who took out a subscription may also cancel it.

Member: any other user of the organization. A member consumes the shared credits of the wallet.

Wallet: credit account of an organization. It holds two separate balances: subscription credits and top-up credits.

Free credits: credits granted each month, free of charge, to an organization without a subscription.

Tier: monthly subscription level, defined by a price and a volume of credits.

Subscription credits: credits granted for each period of a tier.

Top-up credits: credits purchased individually, outside any subscription.

Consumption schedule: scale that sets the number of credits charged for each item of data served. It is published on the Pricing page.

Subscriber: organization holding a current subscription.

4. Account, organization and access

Access requires a named account. Authentication is passwordless, by one-time code sent by email or by passkey. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in methods and of the API keys you generate, and for any activity carried out under your account.

An account is personal. Sharing credentials or API keys with a third party is not allowed. To work as a team, the owner invites team members into the organization. An organization has no more than five members.

Purchasing credits, subscriptions and automatic top-up are reserved to the owners and administrators of the organization. Other members consume the shared credits.

Wallet credits are shared by all members of the organization. Any consumption by a member, or by an API key or agent acting on their behalf, is charged to the organization's wallet. The owner is accountable for this consumption.

Free credits are granted for a single free account per email address. Creating multiple accounts in order to accumulate free credits is a breach of these terms.

5. Offers

The service is offered under four formulas: free credits, subscription, top-up and the Enterprise offer on quote. The first three may be combined unless stated otherwise.

Free credits. Every organization without a subscription receives 100 credits when the account is opened, then every month. These credits do not give access to data reserved to subscribers. They involve no purchase commitment.

Subscription. The subscription is monthly. For each period, it entitles the holder to the volume of credits of the chosen tier and to access to data reserved to subscribers. The tiers are as follows:

Tier Monthly price excl. VAT Credits per period
1 €49 10,000
2 €99 20,000
3 €199 40,000
4 €499 100,000
5 €999 200,000

Top-up. Any organization may purchase credits individually, from 500 to 250,000 credits per purchase, at a price of €0.01 excl. VAT per credit. Top-up does not give access to data reserved to subscribers.

The following are reserved to subscribers, for calls made through the API and the MCP server: the credit risk score, the revenue estimate, director email address reveals (including in the web application), sector analysis, and data produced by Insourcia requested in search or export. Where a non-subscribing organization requests such data, it is neither served nor charged. The response says so. Also reserved to subscribers, in the web application: the AI assistant, selection beyond the results displayed, the AI news summary and list qualification.

Web application. Use of the web application is included in all formulas, including without a subscription. Browsing in the application does not consume credits. The following consume credits: exports, director email address reveals, monitoring (article 11) and synchronization with a CRM. Exports are open to all accounts, including without a subscription, and are charged on the same schedule as search: 0.1 credit per exported row, plus 0.1 credit per exported public data column (each row is capped at 2 credits for public data), plus 0.5 credit per row that carries directors, plus 5 credits per item of data produced by Insourcia, counted once per row whatever the number of its columns (reserved to subscribers, otherwise removed from the export). An empty cell is not charged. A row already exported by the same organization within the last thirty days, with the same columns, remains free. The estimated cost is shown before confirmation, and the export is refused if the balance does not cover it. Director email address reveals are reserved to subscribers and cost 100 credits per verified address found, as through the API and the MCP server (article 17). Accounts without a subscription cannot reveal addresses. CRM synchronization, open to all accounts, costs 1 credit per synchronized company; synchronizing the same company again within twenty-four hours costs nothing. The consumption schedule applies to calls made through the API and the MCP server, and to exports, email address reveals, monitoring and CRM synchronization carried out from the application.

Funds and transactions. Data on funds and transactions is not offered on the effective date of these terms.

For volumes above tier 5 or specific needs, an Enterprise offer may be drawn up on quotation. It is subject to specific written terms, which prevail over these terms in the event of conflict.

6. Price, payment and invoicing

Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

The subscription price is payable in advance, at the start of each monthly period. The subscription renews automatically from month to month until cancelled. The price of a top-up is payable on order. Credits are made available as soon as payment is confirmed. Every purchase is final (article 19).

Payment is made by bank card, through our payment provider Stripe. Insourcia does not store any bank details. The cards you save are stored by this provider.

An invoice is issued for each payment: subscription, tier change supplement and top-up. It is made available in the Billing area and sent by email. The billing address is optional; neither a SIREN number nor an address is required, professional status resting on the checked box (article 19). Free credits give rise to no invoice.

If payment for a subscription period fails, our payment provider sends reminders for fifteen days to the address associated with the payment method. The tier remains active during this period, but the credits of the new period are not granted until payment succeeds; the customer continues on its remaining balance. Without settlement by the end of this period, the subscription is cancelled and the organization reverts to free credits. Top-up credits remain acquired.

7. Validity of credits

Free credits: valid until the last day of the month in which they are granted. Any unused balance is lost on that date. It is neither carried over nor refunded.

Subscription credits: for each paid period, the organization receives at once the credits for the whole period, that is the monthly volume of the tier multiplied by the number of months in the period. They are valid until the end of that period. Any unused balance is lost on that date. It is neither carried over to the next period nor refunded.

Top-up credits: no time limit. They remain acquired by the organization for as long as its account exists, including after a subscription is cancelled.

Order of consumption: subscription credits, or failing that free credits, are consumed first. Top-up credits are consumed only once that first balance is exhausted.

If the account is closed at your request, the remaining credits, top-up credits included, are lost, without refund. The closure screen shows the balance that will be lost before confirmation. If Insourcia discontinues the service, unused top-up credits are not refunded. Insourcia informs the Customer by email at least three months before discontinuation, so that it can use its top-up credits during this notice period.

8. Automatic top-up and payment authorization

Principle. The owner or an administrator may activate automatic top-up. They choose a threshold and a top-up amount. Each time the wallet balance falls below the threshold, a top-up of the chosen amount is triggered, at the top-up price in force.

Payment authorization. By activating automatic top-up, you authorize Insourcia, through its payment provider, to charge the cards saved for the organization with the chosen top-up amount each time the threshold is crossed, without further action on your part. This authorization remains valid until revoked. If the bank requires authentication for a card, the next card is tried; no payment link is sent.

Cards. If payment fails on the first card, up to three saved cards are tried, in the order you have set.

Limits. No more than five automatic top-ups are triggered per twenty-four-hour period. After three consecutive failures, automatic top-up is deactivated and you are informed by email. It can be reactivated at any time.

Confirmation. Activating automatic top-up, and any change that increases the amount that may be charged, requires entering a confirmation code sent by email to the user carrying out the operation.

Revocation. You may deactivate automatic top-up or remove a card at any time from the Billing area. Deactivation takes effect immediately for future top-ups. A top-up already paid remains acquired.

Each automatic top-up gives rise to an invoice.

9. Consumption of credits

Schedule. Each call made through the API or the MCP server consumes the number of credits set by the consumption schedule in force on the date of the call. The detailed schedule is published on the Pricing page (insourcia.io/pricing). It forms an integral part of these terms. The same call costs the same number of credits through the API and through the MCP server. In the web application, browsing is not charged; exports and CRM synchronization (article 5), email address reveals (article 17) and monitoring (article 11) are.

What is served is charged. Only data actually served is charged. An empty or missing section costs nothing. Data reserved to subscribers, requested by a non-subscribing organization, is not served and costs nothing. For an export, a column of data produced by Insourcia is then removed from the export.

Score and estimate. The credit risk score and the revenue estimate are served on request, to subscribers. Each costs 5 credits per company, charged once whatever the number of fields or columns of that group requested. The company profile, at 1 credit, does not include them; it includes the press.

Errors. A call that results in an error costs nothing.

Re-reading. Re-reading the same data, for the same company, by the same organization, within twenty-four hours of its first charge, costs nothing.

Reservation and insufficient balance. Before serving a request, Insourcia reserves its maximum cost. The request is refused if the available balance does not cover this maximum, even if its actual cost would have been lower. Only the actual cost is charged, and the reservation is released for the surplus. A refused request is refused in full: no partial charge is made and no data is served.

Transparency. Each response shows the number of credits charged and the remaining balance. The history of charges can be viewed in the Billing area.

Disputes. Any dispute about a charge must be sent to contact@insourcia.io within thirty days of the charge. After that, the consumption statement is deemed accepted. A charge acknowledged as erroneous gives rise to a re-credit of the same number of credits to the wallet.

10. Technical limits

To protect the availability of the service, the number of calls per minute is limited according to the formula. The service also limits the number of calls served simultaneously on certain heavy queries, so that one user's burst does not become everyone's slowdown. A call refused on this ground costs nothing and indicates the delay after which to retry. The limits in force are shown in the documentation.

11. Monitoring

Price. Monitoring a company costs 0.1 credit per monitored company per month. A company is counted only once per organization, whatever the number of lists or searches that contain it.

Charge. The charge is made when the company is added to monitoring, then on the first day of each calendar month, for as long as monitoring is active. A company added at the end of a month is therefore charged when added, then again on the first day of the following month. Removing a company stops future charges. The month already started remains due.

Insufficient balance at renewal. If automatic top-up is active, it is triggered. Otherwise, or if it fails, a seven-day grace period begins. It is free of charge: these seven days are never charged. During this period, monitoring continues and you are warned by email. At its end, if the balance is still insufficient, monitoring is suspended and this suspension is announced to you by email. Lists, searches and settings are kept. Monitoring resumes as soon as the balance allows the renewal charge.

12. Tier change and cancellation

Upgrade. It is requested by the owner or an administrator and takes effect immediately. The price difference between the two tiers, calculated pro rata to the remaining duration of the period, is invoiced and charged immediately. The difference in credit volume, calculated on the same pro rata basis, is granted immediately. The renewal date is unchanged.

Downgrade. It takes effect at the next renewal date. Until then, the current tier and its credits remain acquired.

Cancellation. The user who took out the subscription, the owner or an administrator of the organization may cancel it at any time from the Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The tier credits remain usable until that date. No pro rata refund is made. After that date, the organization reverts to free credits. Its top-up credits remain acquired.

13. Refunds

Credits are not refundable, except in the following cases:

  • a call that results in an error is not charged, or is re-credited if it was;
  • a charge acknowledged as erroneous after a dispute is re-credited;
  • a payment taken in error, twice, or beyond the limits set in article 8 is refunded to the payment method used.

No pro rata refund is made in the event of cancellation, downgrade or credits not used by their expiry date. No commercial refund is made after a subscription or a purchase: every purchase is final (article 19).

14. Suspension

The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after formal notice that remained without effect for fifteen days, except for a serious breach justifying immediate suspension.

The following are serious breaches: creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits, abusive payment disputes with the bank, redistribution of data, and systematic extraction of the database.

If a payment already credited is rejected or disputed, the corresponding credits are withdrawn from the wallet. If the balance does not allow it, access to paid calls is suspended until settlement.

A suspension for breach gives no right to any refund of credits or of the subscription.

15. Changes to prices and to the schedule

Tier prices, the top-up price and the consumption schedule may change. Any change is announced by email to the owner and on the Pricing page at least thirty days before it takes effect.

A tier price increase applies from the first renewal date following its entry into force. You remain free to cancel until then.

The consumption schedule in force applies to all credits, including top-up credits acquired before the change, for calls made from its entry into force. During the notice period, you may use your credits under the schedule then applicable. Acquired credits are neither withdrawn nor converted.

A reduction in price or consumption may apply without notice.

16. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute or republish the data obtained, in whole or in substantial part, or build a competing database;
  • circumvent caps, technical limits, billing rules or authentication mechanisms, in particular by creating multiple accounts;
  • use the service for unsolicited prospecting in breach of applicable rules, or for harassment or surveillance of natural persons;
  • make a decision producing legal effects with regard to a person solely on the basis of automated processing, credit risk score included;
  • undermine the security or availability of the service.

Data relating to directors concerns natural persons acting in a professional capacity. Its use must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation; you are responsible for the processing you carry out.

Extraction and reproduction of the database

Insourcia's database is protected under the database producers' right (articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code). The following are prohibited, whatever the means used, including through an artificial intelligence agent, a script or a robot operating on your behalf:

  • scraping the service and extracting, by any automated process, a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the database;
  • repeated and systematic extraction or re-use of insubstantial parts, where it exceeds the conditions of normal use of the service;
  • building, even partially, a copy of the database, or any file or index reproducing its content, whether for internal use or for making it available to third parties;
  • using the data obtained to train or feed a model or service intended to reproduce all or part of the database.

Access through the API and the MCP server is granted to query the database as your needs arise, not to duplicate it. In the event of a breach, or where the volume or regularity of calls reveals systematic extraction, Insourcia may limit, suspend or terminate the access of the account concerned, after notification where circumstances allow, without prejudice to any action for damages.

17. Professional contact details

What the service provides

The service makes it possible to obtain the professional email address of an identified director, in order to contact them in a professional context related to their duties. The contact detail is obtained from an enrichment provider and passed on to the Customer. Insourcia keeps no copy of it: only the search identifier at the provider is kept, for three months, so that a new request concerning the same director can be served without a new charge.

Customer's status

The Customer acknowledges that it becomes the data controller of any contact detail obtained through the Service, upon receipt, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Insourcia does not intervene in the use the Customer makes of it and has no knowledge of it.

Customer's commitments

The Customer undertakes to:

  • have a legal basis for processing the contact detail, and document that choice;
  • inform the data subject of the origin of their data at the latest at the first contact, in accordance with article 14.3.b of the Regulation. Insourcia provides a template notice for this purpose, attached to each contact detail passed on;
  • use the contact detail only for professional contact related to the person's function, to the exclusion of any personal solicitation;
  • respect without delay any objection expressed by the person, and cease all further contact;
  • not build a file through repeated calls to the Service, nor extract, aggregate or reconstitute a database of contact details;
  • not assign, resell, publish or transfer the contact details obtained to a third party, free of charge or for consideration;
  • ensure the security of the contact details it keeps, and delete them when they no longer serve the purpose for which they were obtained.

Automated use

The Service is unit-based. The Customer shall not call it in an automated manner on a list of persons. Hourly and monthly ceilings are applied; they express the prohibition, they do not exhaust it: circumventing them, like any use aimed at reconstituting a file below these ceilings, is a breach of these terms.

Connected account

Where the Customer pays for a reveal with its own account with an enrichment provider (FullEnrich, Dropcontact, Apollo or Lusha) connected to the Service, Insourcia and the Customer are joint controllers of the reveal, under the terms of the joint controllership agreement annexed hereto, which the Customer accepts by connecting its account. A reveal paid for by a connected account consumes no credits.

Reveal by Insourcia

Where the Customer has not connected any provider account, a reveal requested from the application, through the API or through the MCP server is carried out with Insourcia's account with its enrichment provider. Insourcia is then solely responsible for the reveal, up to the delivery of the contact detail to the Customer. This reveal is reserved to subscribers (article 5).

A reveal by Insourcia costs 100 credits per verified address found, in the web application as through the API and the MCP server. Nothing is charged if no verified address is found, nor if the same director has been revealed for the organization within the last three months. Accounts without a subscription cannot reveal email addresses. Exports from the web application, open to all accounts, are charged under article 5 and not under this article.

Suspension and liability

In the event of a breach of this article, Insourcia may suspend access to this feature, or to the Service, without notice and without compensation.

The Customer shall indemnify Insourcia against any claim, action or penalty resulting from the use it makes of the contact details obtained, in particular from any breach of the information, lawfulness or security obligations incumbent on it as data controller.

18. Ownership

The service, its interface, its code and its databases remain the property of the publisher. The account grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the internal use of the organization, for the duration of the account and within the limits of these terms.

The content you create in the service - watch lists, saved searches, annotations - belongs to you. You can export it at any time.

19. Professional customers

The service is reserved to persons acting for the purposes of their professional activity.

On purchase or subscription, the customer declares that it is acting for professional purposes, by checking a box provided for this purpose. No purchase or subscription is possible without this box. Professional status rests on the checked box: neither a SIREN number nor a billing address is required.

The right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code does not apply. Every purchase is final.

20. Accuracy of data and liability

The information provided comes from sources that the publisher neither produces nor controls. It may contain errors, gaps or update delays specific to those sources. It is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

The credit risk score is a statistical estimate, never an individual assessment of creditworthiness. It is neither financial advice, nor investment advice, nor a recommendation.

It is your responsibility to verify any information with the official sources before making a decision based on it. The publisher is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information provided, nor for indirect damages, in particular loss of business, revenue or opportunity.

In any event, and except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the publisher's liability is limited to the sums actually paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

21. Availability

The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without being bound by an obligation of result. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, in the event of a provider failure, or of an event beyond its control.

22. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy (in French), which forms an integral part of these terms.

23. Changes to the terms

These terms may be amended. Any substantial change is announced at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance. Changes to prices and to the consumption schedule follow article 15.

24. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Transitional provision

Applicable to subscriptions in progress on [EFFECTIVE DATE]

The switch of existing subscriptions described below takes place on the effective date of these terms. It derogates from the thirty-day notice provided for in article 15, which applies to later changes to prices and to the consumption schedule.

Monthly Pro. A paying monthly Pro subscription at €49 per month in progress on the effective date of these terms is automatically moved, on that day and without notice, to tier 1 (10,000 credits per period), at the same price of €49 excl. VAT per month. The owner of a paying monthly Pro subscription receives a transition bonus of 20,000 credits, granted as top-up credits: they do not expire and are consumed after the tier credits. The owner is informed by email on the same day and may change tier or cancel at any time, free of charge, from the billing page, or on request to support for a subscription taken out before the transition. Tier 1 no longer includes the 100 email addresses included in the former offer: reveals, in the web application as through the API and the MCP server, are charged under the conditions of article 17.

Annual Pro. An annual Pro subscriber in progress on the effective date of these terms keeps its paid period. On that day, it receives at once the tier 1 credits for the remaining months of its period, valid until its renewal date, without a transition bonus. At the renewal date, its subscription continues on monthly tier 1, unless cancelled. It is informed by email one month before the renewal date.

Team Pro. This subscription remains governed by the previous terms until the end of the period already paid. It is not renewed in its current form, as the Team Pro offer is discontinued. Before that date, the owner is informed by email of the tier recommended in view of its usage, which is offered to it. Failing a subscription, the organization moves to free credits at the end of the paid period.

Credits purchased before the effective date of these terms are kept as top-up credits, with no time limit.

Annex - Joint controllership agreement (article 26 GDPR)

Version of October 26, 2026

1. Purpose

This agreement applies where the Customer has connected to the Service its own account with one of the enrichment providers that the Service allows to be connected, namely FullEnrich, Dropcontact, Apollo or Lusha (the "Provider" and the "Connected Account"), and a professional email address reveal is paid for by that account.

For this processing, Insourcia and the Customer are joint controllers within the meaning of article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The processing covers the reveal request, its transmission to the provider, the receipt of the address and its delivery to the Customer.

The use the Customer subsequently makes of the address is its sole responsibility, under the terms of article 17 "Professional contact details".

2. Allocation of obligations

Insourcia:

  • determines which persons may be revealed: directors of active companies, excluding persons who have objected with Insourcia or who have restricted the disclosure of their data with INSEE;
  • provides the Customer with an information notice, attached to each address passed on, to be reproduced at the first contact;
  • maintains the objection list and applies it to all of its customers;
  • ensures the security of the Connected Account key, stored encrypted, never logged, and deleted when the Customer disconnects its account;
  • receives and handles requests to exercise rights relating to the reveal, at rgpd@insourcia.io.

The Customer:

  • holds a valid contract with the Provider and complies with its terms; the reveal request is issued under that contract, including its standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Union;
  • requests a reveal only for professional contact related to the person's function;
  • informs the person at the latest at the first contact (article 14.3.b), using the notice supplied with each address;
  • forwards without delay to rgpd@insourcia.io any objection or request addressed to it that relates to data obtained through the Service.

3. Point of contact

Data subjects may exercise their rights with either controller. Insourcia is the designated point of contact: rgpd@insourcia.io. The essence of this agreement is made available to them in Insourcia's privacy policy.

4. Warranties

Each party answers for the obligations allocated to it in article 2. The Customer shall indemnify Insourcia against any claim, action or penalty resulting from the use it makes of the addresses obtained or from a breach of its obligations towards the Provider. Insourcia shall indemnify the Customer against any claim resulting from a failure to apply the objection list.

5. Term

This agreement applies for as long as the Connected Account remains connected, and for reveals made during that period.
