Attio integration
The Insourcia app for Attio completes your company records with official French registry and financial data, and lets you follow the companies of an Attio list in Insourcia, so that legal events, filings and news about them reach you without a manual export.
The Attio integration is available on the Pro plan. Insourcia covers French companies identified by their SIREN number.
What Insourcia reads from Attio
Section titled “What Insourcia reads from Attio”- The Companies records of your workspace: name and location (postal code, city), used to find the matching company in the French registry.
- The names and entries of your lists of companies, only when you choose to follow one. Only lists of companies are offered.
Insourcia never reads your people, deals, notes, emails or calls.
What Insourcia writes to Attio
Section titled “What Insourcia writes to Attio”Insourcia writes only into its own attributes on the companies object, all
prefixed insourcia_. You choose which of the fourteen fields are written, and an
unchecked field is never created.
| Group | Attributes |
|---|---|
| Identity | SIREN, legal name, legal form, NAF code, headcount band |
| Financials | Revenue, net income, EBITDA, fiscal year |
| Directors | Main director |
| Signals | Active status, ongoing insolvency proceedings |
| Traceability | Insourcia company page, last update by Insourcia |
Insourcia also fills five standard attributes when they are empty: name, street, postal code, city and country. A value you entered yourself is never replaced, and no other attribute of your workspace is modified.
When a match between an Attio company and a registry company is uncertain, Insourcia writes nothing. The company is set aside and listed, so that you can check it.
Connect Attio
Section titled “Connect Attio”The Insourcia interface is currently in French: its labels are given below with their English meaning.
- In Insourcia, open Paramètres > Intégrations (Settings > Integrations) and choose Attio.
- Select Connecter Attio (Connect Attio) and sign in to Attio. On the Attio consent screen, Insourcia requests permission to create its own attributes on your companies object, to read and write company records, and to read your lists and their entries.
- Back in Insourcia, tick the fields you want written under Champs écrits.
The connection belongs to your Insourcia workspace: every member sees the same connection and configuration.
Complete your company records
Section titled “Complete your company records”The Registre Insourcia > Sociétés Attio flow (“Complète les fiches”, completes the records) matches each company of your workspace with the French registry and writes the fields ticked under Champs écrits (Written fields). Select the flow to adjust it or to see its last run: how many records were completed and how many are waiting for your check.
If your records carry a postal code, keep it: the match is found far more often.
Follow an Attio list
Section titled “Follow an Attio list”- On the Attio page of Insourcia, select Ajouter un flux (Add a flow), then Depuis Attio : suivre ou copier vos sociétés (From Attio: follow or copy your companies).
- Keep Suivre une liste Attio (Follow an Attio list), choose the list under Depuis (From) and the destination under Vers (To), then select Suivre la liste (Follow the list).
- Companies added to or removed from the Attio list are added to or removed from the Insourcia list every night. With Suivre ces sociétés dans votre veille ticked, they appear in your news feed, with alerts on legal events, filings and press.
Copier une fois (Copy once) takes a one-time snapshot instead, without a flow. Insourcia keeps only the SIREN and the list membership of the companies, never notes, contacts or amounts from your workspace.
Disconnect
Section titled “Disconnect”From the Attio page, select Déconnecter (Disconnect). Insourcia immediately stops reading and writing in your workspace and deletes its copy of the connection. Values already written to your records stay in place: they belong to you. You can also revoke the app from your Attio workspace settings.
Data and privacy
Section titled “Data and privacy”Insourcia keeps only the access token of your connection, stored encrypted, and the name of your workspace. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
